Description: The user delivers a devastating blow--though not necessarily with a hammer--to a target. Upon contact, the heat generated from the blow is temporarily able to catch the person on fire. The target may be a living creature or inanimate object.
Effects: One target is set a blaze. This fire is considered non-magical for the purposes of being put out, meaning that it can be put out by water or smother. Dispelling magic; however, has no effect. If no attempts are made to put out the fire, it is able to burn for a prolonged period of time (for example, in the case of a non-living creature, such as a wooden wall, until all fuel for the fire has been consumed). The fire is relatively easy to put out, however (no more than one round).
