Description: The user delivers a powerful over-hand strike to a target. Upon successful contact, the blow generates a burst of flames
Effects: Upon successful contact, the user is able to generate enough heat to catch the target on fire. In addition, their is a chance of catching adjacent targets on fire as well. The caster; however, is immune to this effect. The fire is considered non-magical for the purposes of being put out (normal means such as water or smothering work, but dispelling magic will not). However, due to the unnatural heat of the fire it will burn out shortly (maximum of two rounds) if no attempt to put it out is taken.
