I'm not going to lie...the town guard is pretty thin, and most of what we have on the force is pretty pathetic. The point of the matter is we need more enforcers. As the Hollow grows, it's going to be harder for us to keep order with such small numbers. For that reason, we have devised a test. Anyone willing to join the enforcers will join me for a patrol, and I will judge your performance. Why me? I suppose a willingness to work with the Mage Killer while resisting the urge to stab him in the back is a necessary quality. For those of you riding along just for the chance to stab me in the back, I invite you to try, for if you succeed, then clearly I am not qualified to defend the Hollow. If you can get through the patrol without trying to kill me and are able to handle any situation that arises, you will be given a part-time position with the enforcers, so you can still do all of that mage stuff you mages do.
Any volunteers?

I don't judge anybody for their abilities, only for their actions. Anybody who puts the Hollow's safety as a top priority has my support. I'm no front line fighter, but I'm a proficient scout and a long time guide, and I believe that my abilities could come in very handy for your noble purpose. Safety's for all of us, so I don't see why I shouldn't help out.
That being said, I already do regular patrols of the area. I consider it a part of my job description as a scout. So I'll still do my own individual patrols; I move faster by myself. However, I'd be more than happy to join others if they want to perform similar duties.
Guess that's a long way of saying, I'm in.

It's not as if I have much to do as a ranger right now. Patrol the Hollow, occasionally hunt for anyone who wants me to, or gather things for myself. It won't hurt to join this. I warn you, I am just doing this because I want a safe place to live in. No guaranteeing that I won't try to kill you at least once, but you can be sure that protecting the Hollow is a top priority.
That being said, I'm not too sure how willing you'd be to work with someone like me. I guess if you can get past my personality, there's an array of skills you can depend on, especially if any fighting is needed. So I guess that means I'm in.
