Charlie is a spirited and adventurous individual and 'laziness' is not in her vocabulary. Diligent, she is hardworking and determined, going to unnecessary lengths to achieve what she wants when motivated. The shapeshifter is honest and expressive of her emotions, acting on impulses and often speaking whatever is on the forefront of her mind. She takes delight in simple things, having an appreciation for aspects which may usually be overlooked by others. In addition, Charlie is a girl eager to please and gain respect from others.
Although it is usually carefully concealed, Charlie's most prominent trait is that she is arrogant, under the unwavering belief that she is better than others, no matter what. With this, she is a vain narcissist, having an ego of disturbing size. When provoked, she can react with a fierce violence. Should the shapeshifter be wronged in anyway, her vindictive streak would be revealed and all debts would be forcibly replayed, one way or another. Charlie is temperamental and often gets herself into more fights than she could handle, where she reveals a dark aura of sadism. She is not above torture, to those she believes to deserve it, but fortunately, she rarely does find those worthy of her wrath. Courtesy to her age, Charlie struggles to find sympathy towards strangers in need and is only concerned for herself, making her a selfish and easily jealous individual.
For Charlie, everything comes in extremes. Her vehement and passionate personality fuels her determination to reach her goals, not matter how small. If she applies herself, she would be resolute, persistent and persevering. Conversely, when times grow mundane, she would not hesitate to simple lay back and try to enjoy the simple pleasures of life as they come

Charlie was raised into a family with great wealth, the money and none of the expenses making its way down to her as an only child. Her father was a nobleman and her mother was a renowned seamstress. They were an arranged marriage, never having a true emotional attachment to the other. They were distant, products made just for the sake of typing pacts to strong families. As expected, Charlie was to follow the role of that.
She was a child with little to show, however, she was promised that she would never need to have a job. In their mansion, she hardly ever saw her parents and other kids would be invited, as if this would fill the void of loneliness. Charlie paid little attention to them unless she felt like tormenting them with words. Her life continued on with parties, men she couldn't recall the names to, and girls who claimed to be her friend as they searched for money in the dressers while they thought she wasn't looking.
It seemed to be a life that was so long ago, memories that her mind tried to hold on to. But as the days counted by with more and more sleep, the harder it was to keep a grasp on the life before it all happened. Someone chasing, someone calling, someone...
Charlie had little concept of time. A dragon of her species does not age as quickly as the vanilla human, and somewhere in her heart, she still believes that her family is still somewhere out there, alive.
Her residence within Dorcha Hollow was not intentional, rather she had simply stumbled across it in her travels and found the place to be too inviting to truly ever depart for long.
