Description: Given adequate time, resources, and persuasive maintenance, the caster works on a non-magical item, or broken item. This item must be at least partially made of metal, and in the case of repairing must be able to be fixed using metal.
Effects: The caster is able to bestow minor magical abilities to a weapon or item of their choosing (such as a dagger that never dulls), or is able to repair a broken item. This spell only works on non-magical items or Beginner magical items-- even if they, in fact, created the magical item.
