MANDRAKE Root
Description: These thick, woody roots are hard to snap or break into. They tend to split and have three very thick roots with many little root tendrils. The top of the plant has many thin, orange leaves. The roots themselves are very twisted and gnarled, so much so that sometimes it appears to have a face on it.
Uses: These seem to be poisonous to eat as is, but when boiled down, the Mandrake is a powerful catalyst for many magical remedies and enchantments, enhancing them far beyond their normal properties.
Location: Loch Dorcha, Crann Mor
