Lysilien is a patient man. It would not be difficult to befriend him, but that doesn't mean he would necessarily show much affection toward anyone. He is still considered young for his race, and has taken such to heart. The elf has more of an interest in establishing himself in Dorcha rather than social opportunities. He would quickly sacrifice the chance to make a good friend in exchange for a smart business deal.
Enemies:
Why would Sil have any enemies? The only reason he would think someone would feel hostile toward him would be mistaking his calm nature for apathy. It's true that he appears apathetic toward the world, but it simply isn't true. Lysilien cares, he just doesn't show it so immediately. The only enemies the man is likely to make are business competitors.
Lovers:
Just another facet of a social life Sil hasn't invested time in. He would probably spurn any romantic affections, thinking himself too young for such. It would take someone pursuing him to enter into a relationship. It would take a lot of time, too: elves by nature look at long-term--really long-term. Lysilien is likely to think about the next decade in his plans where most would focus on the next week. A lover would be too much of a commitment for someone who still doesn't think of himself as an adult.
