I was out gathering materials today for use in my enchanting services when I found a rather odd rock formation. It was out by the lake--Loch Dorcha. It was like a mountain how it rose out of the earth among the trees, and positively covered in precious stones. Stones that would be perfect for setting into weapons and channeling elemental energy. It's a shame I was unprepared to gather any of them, there was such a variety! The most interesting part of this, however, is that I think there was a cave. There was certainly an opening in the rock and some glowing in the distance, but I didn't venture into the place. I may be careless enough to venture out to The Dark Forest alone, but only the gods could convince me to traverse such a foreboding place on my own. I haven't heard anything of this cave around the Hollow, so perhaps I am the first one to discover it. Who knows what monsters may lurk there?

Woah, another new place? I'm totally up for it! I always found gems to be really interesting. Hopefully my new skills will do you good, so count me in!

Another elf in town? I don't think we've met. I own the weapons store in the Market District. I need a supply of gems for crafting purposes, and I have been missing the company of elves. If you have the ability to protect me, I'd love to have a companion on my next gathering mission. Perhaps we should bring someone else along, though; the cave didn't seem like the most welcoming place. I'll not be able to compensate you for your services, but you are of course welcome to gather any materials you may want on our journey. I think it would be a good chance to get to each other, anyway.
