Description: The quick incantation for this spell will remove one magical effect from a target. Whether it be a supporting spell on an enemy or something harmful on an ally, any effect caused by a spell can be dispelled.
Effects: Light will shine on the target and the magical effect will be removed (if there are multiple effects, a random one will dispelled regardless of buff or debuff). Can only remove one effect caused by a beginner level spell (or up to intermediate dark element spell) per use. Can be used on any living creature, including the caster.
Examples of removable effects: Quiet as a Mouse, Entangling Shadows
