★ APPEARANCE
Pretty boy syndrome is normally what Lucian gets from most humans, witches, and warlocks. Hair that falls down almost to his bottom with a braid in the back, and its color blonde in appearance. His eyes are doused with the color of the sky. (So it's easy why he grabs attention easily. Not that he particularly likes it...) Lucian's height is rather average, but a bit on the taller side, averaging at six foot even. And the same can go for his build, not too big yet not small either.
What he wears is very dependent on the mood. In most situations, he is dressed rather classy (maybe sometimes even too classy for an occasion). But remember this: he'll mostly stick to yellows and whites, but he'll have some days were he might break the mold with colors. However, when Lucian is just going around town to do things, he's normally seen in a black and yellow work-out type get up since it is more flexible than his normal wear.
Although he may be a dominion, a type of angel ranking fourth in the angel hierarchy, his appearance does not always show what he naturally looks like - as it depends on his mood. This change is relatively minor and only his hair and eye color are effected. Lucian's hair becomes a a shade of off-white and his eyes a golden-esque hue. Does he have wings? Well...not exactly...but that's a whole different story (that you can read further down).

★ PERSONALITY
Oh, how to put this...Lucian can be rather peculiar towards others. Whether it be with those he knows or ones he does not, his personality can flip on a dime. One moment, he can become aggressive and violent, yet others, he is docile and will talk to you like nothing happened. With certain friends or family, it can be more extreme than before.
But that seems vague, don't you think? Besides knowing his turbulent personality, one should know what can be considered his 'dark side' so to speak. The man himself can have obsessive tendencies to where he will get territorial over certain things. Like mentioned before, this will lead Lucian to becoming highly aggressive in a many situations. As he has this obsessiveness, the grown man sometimes acts like a child when he doesn't get what he wants. Become an eye catcher to Lucian (think doki doki) and.... you might find yourself being stalked a little too much.
Everyone isn't all evil though! Even the weirdos have their bright sides! With those he knows, Lucian is attentive to their needs and will make sure you get what you need. His loyalty is second-to-none, but if it's tested, you better be sorry. Having been in charge of many people younger than him, he has been seen as a parental figure head - standing up and protecting his little 'kiddies', as he calls them. And become doki doki in his eyes, this creep will shower you with affection more than you can handle~

Lucian isn't like most of the other witches and wizards (warlocks, whatever they are called). His birthplace was the heavens, so righteous, clean, and pure. His job was but a simple one: to look over nations. As a dominion, nations were under his jurisdiction. A small kingdom he called home had a group of blessed and normal beings alike.
However, the world was not meant to last that way forever. Another angel like he, also a dominion, had been under the power to battle with Lucian - a fight to see whose territory would be taken over. While a fight ensued, it was clear the power came from the beings themselves. The fight was long until the kingdom Lucian protected was losing. Short story short: his punishment for losing was for his soul to be sent into a human infant's body until twenty years of age.
Caught in this human body Lucian grew anxious inside of it. While the body was so young, his soul was much too old for it. With other children, he would be excel in things while other children were lacking. When he was old enough to talk, Lucian would question where he was - but it was not the kingdom he formerly protected or the one that took over. Where had he ended up? That did not matter.
Growing older was a hardship. Due to his former life, there seemed to be a constant struggle and others his age feared him. He had grown angered when he was fourteen years of age. A stomp on the ground, it was charred like a lightning bolt had hit it. But even then, Lucian's power was only witnessed by those around him - no adults.
When he had turned the fable age of twenty, his human body deteriorated under a massive lightning attack. Like a phoenix burning in fire, his older body had been returned to him in a... less than happy state than before. His hair was not white, but golden. His eyes blue, not the soft golden yellow. But it was him from before, that he could tell.
A walk into the city, there were whispers. Life continued for another year and a half until one time again...Lucian had been angered. His hair white like before, his eyes were determined to kill. Yet those near him drew up weapons in order to subdue him. Not good. Using the small bit of instinct he had learned as a human, he ran - it was all he could do. When the others grew close, his fear drew lightning towards him to scare them off.
Going into the forest was a bad idea - but he had to survive. A dominion without his wings could do nothing at all. Yet running inside the forest further, he found a home. Dorcha Hollow.
Dorcha Hollow would become is home. And in the air, he couldn't sense another like him. Lucian knew that one day, maybe this place could allow him to take flight again. But until then, he would just have to work with the others - and figure out how to use these powers he did not have before.

★ MAGIC
PRIMARY SPECIALIZATION
lumen angelicum (angelic light)
Not to be confused with the element of light, Lucian's primary specialization is offensive lightning spells. After his 'rebirth', he really has no idea why he uses this magic as often, maybe because it is the easiest to come to him. As its hard to use his previous element currently, light, this may be a why.
FULMINA FERIUNT (lightning thrash)
The user forms lightning into whip-like weapons in their hands. A slight-ranged offensive spell of sorts. This spell can do heavy damage and depends on the user for proficiency levels. High enough understanding for fulmina feriunt can result in two whips being used at a time.
ISTA IACULATIO (Lightning Bolt)
Bolts of lightning are sent flying through the air like those in the storms do. To create such a bolt, the performer must close their fist, but not completely. Electricity swirls for five seconds before becoming a tangible bolt that can be throne.
TACTUM SCINTILLA (Spark Touch)
A simple spell in which the user has the ability to place their hand on a person or object and send through a small amount of electricity towards the other person. This spell is only useful for minor distraction and will rarely harm the user (except in extreme cases)
SECONDARY SPECIALIZATION -
benedictio angelorum (angel's blessing)
lucian is not purely just offensive. Benedictio angelorum are water-type supportive skills that are useful for not only fights, but for everyday uses. Water spells, like plant spells, tend to have a more potent effect in the healing area.
FOREMENTA EMANTUR (Soothing Mend)
The user uses a small amount of water on a wound to heal minor cuts. Larger wounds will only bleed less and will require a higher level of expertise to fully heal. As a beginner spell, this must use a nearby water source. (1 post)
NYMPHA DEI ADIPISCING (The Nymph's Splash)
Just as the name says, it is a relatively harmless splash of water. The user creates a ball of water into his/her hands and thrust it towards the ground or another person. This can be used as harmless fun, a distraction, or more effective lightning spells. However, the amount of water is minimal and dries up quickly. (1-3 posts; depending on the amount of water used)
