Description: The user forms lightning into whip-like weapons in their hands. A slight-ranged offensive spell of sorts. This spell can do heavy damage and depends on the user for proficiency levels. High enough understanding for fulmina feriunt can result in two whips being used at a time.
Effects: The user is allowed to use lightning whips. If using two whips, the lightning will just phase through the other - allowing for clean movements.
