Description: Bolts of lightning are sent flying through the air like those in the storms do. To create such a bolt, the performer must close their fist, but not completely. Electricity swirls for five seconds before becoming a tangible bolt that can be thrown.
Effects: A person or thing will be hit with a bolt of electricity.
