Description: Just as the name says, it is a relatively harmless splash of water. The user creates a ball of water into his/her hands and thrust it towards the ground or another person.
Effects: This can be used as harmless fun, a distraction, or more effective lightning spells. However, the amount of water is minimal and dries up quickly. (1-3 posts; depending on the amount of water used)
